Welcome to pku9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pku9 ("pku9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pku9 website, mobile-optimised platform, casino games, sports betting services, live dealer offerings, and all associated features accessible at pku9.io.

By accessing the pku9 platform, completing the pku9 login process, registering an account, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use pku9 in any capacity.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of pku9 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from pku9 under a self-exclusion request or administrative action.

pku9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the player relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by pku9 may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

Where pku9 has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, or that a player has misrepresented their age, pku9 will suspend that account immediately, conduct a full investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility are void and will not be paid out.

To access the full range of pku9 services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on pku9. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pku9 reserves the right to close all but the original account, forfeit any balances in excess of net deposits held within duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings generated.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pku9 login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. pku9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Accurate Information: You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. You may update your contact details by contacting pku9 customer support. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pku9 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining account balance where applicable, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

pku9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. pku9 does not accept deposits from credit cards, debit cards issued outside Bangladesh, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency of any kind.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your pku9 account within minutes of confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. pku9 does not charge any fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. pku9 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the requested amount is ৳10,000 or above.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited into your pku9 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. pku9 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. pku9 reserves the right to require players to use the same mobile wallet account for both deposit and withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

pku9 offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may not contribute towards wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• pku9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where a technical error has resulted in an unintended offer being presented.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any pku9 promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the pku9 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, and card games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

pku9 sources its games exclusively from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All games utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes that are independently audited for fairness. pku9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change at pku9's discretion. pku9 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific accounts where unusual or potentially abusive betting patterns are identified.

Voided Bets: pku9 reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures. In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to the player's account balance. No compensation will be paid for the potential winnings of a voided bet.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on pku9, including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international football, are subject to the specific settlement rules published for each market type. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of pku9's trading team is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pku9 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register additional accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the pku9 platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with pku9 games or systems.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors to place bets that would not otherwise be available at correct odds or game states.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit the bonus system rather than participate in genuine recreational gaming.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your own account credentials with a third party.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse towards pku9 staff or other players via any communication channel.

pku9 employs dedicated risk management and compliance monitoring systems. Where prohibited activity is detected, pku9 will take immediate action including but not limited to: account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.

All content on the pku9 platform — including but not limited to the pku9 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pku9 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pku9 platform for personal recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pku9 platform or its content without the prior written consent of pku9.

Any unauthorised use of pku9's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pku9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the pku9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pku9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pku9's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pku9 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pku9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pku9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary unavailability of the platform, including during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseeable technical outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict pku9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pku9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pku9.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pku9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pku9 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), identity verification service providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

All personal data held by pku9 is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption and access control measures. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting pku9 support, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

pku9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the pku9 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pku9 and contact support to close your account.

Termination by pku9: pku9 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where you have breached these Terms, where pku9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or where continued operation of your account would conflict with pku9's legal or compliance obligations. In the event of account closure for breach, any remaining balance attributable to genuine net deposits (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) may be returned to your registered payment method at pku9's discretion following the completion of any investigation.

Termination by You: You may close your pku9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all applicable wagering requirements must be assessed and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pku9's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pku9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
